Description In the context of global precision medicine, the research objectives of this project are as follows :(1) to obtain the genome, viral group, transcriptome, metabolome and other omics information of NPC, to find suitable targets for targeting and new treatment of NPC, and to establish a biological information database reflecting molecular events in the development process of NPC;(2) Identify key molecules related to the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer, establish molecular typing standards, carry out clinical trials of comprehensive treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer based on molecular typing, and establish accurate diagnosis and treatment programs that can significantly improve the efficacy.
