Description |
Primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) infected with pri-miR-218-1 or control adenovirus for 48 h were used for mRNA sequencing. RNA was extracted, sequenced, and analyzed by custom service provided by Megagenomics using an Illumina HiSeq3000. |
