Human high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) is one of the most lethal gynecological cancer, due to its extensive heterogeneity and widespread metastasis. To comprehensively characterize the heterogeneity of HGSC and identity underlying mechanisms association with HGSC, we performed single-cell multi-omics sequencing to analyze the somatic copy number alterations, DNA methylome, chromatin accessibility, and transcriptome of high-grade serous ovarian cancer. |
