Description |
Spodoptera litura, is a destructive pest, causing huge yield loss. Despite containing GSs, Brassicaceae plants are still attacked by S. litura. Little is known about the specific adaptive response of S. litura to different GSs (AGSs and IGSs). Here, we used the Arabidopsis WT and mutants that are deficient in AGSs (myb28myb29) and IGSs (myb34myb51myb122), respectively, to feed S. litura. To understand genes that are exclusively responsive to AGSs and IGSs, RNA-seq analysis was performed |
