Description |
Aspergillus flavus, a major pathogen that produces aflatoxins in infected crops and cause aspergillosis infected human. However, the molecular mechanism of survival in adversity of A.flavus in response to biocontrol strain is poorly resolved. To decipher this mechanism, we performed transcriptomics and metabolomics analyses to chart an antagonism landscape between Aspergillus flavus and a biocontrol bacterial. |
