Title Small RNA-seq from tomato infected by Fusarium oxysporum
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
Organisms Solanum lycopersicum
Description Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici (Fol), the causative agent of tomato wilt disease, is an ubiquitous soil-inhabitant fungal pathogen. MiRNAs are known to play numerous crucial roles in multiple biological processes, however, no evidence shows whether microRNAs from Fol interfere with tomato resistance during the infection.
