Title |
Small RNA-seq from tomato infected by Fusarium oxysporum |
Relevance |
Agricultural |
Data types |
Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
|
Organisms |
Solanum lycopersicum
|
Description |
Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici (Fol), the causative agent of tomato wilt disease, is an ubiquitous soil-inhabitant fungal pathogen. MiRNAs are known to play numerous crucial roles in multiple biological processes, however, no evidence shows whether microRNAs from Fol interfere with tomato resistance during the infection. |
