| Description | Based on the establishment of the cucumber -dodder hydroponic system, the caged peach aphid was fed on dodder, and the cucumber roots, leaves, peach aphid and the samples of dodder not eaten were collected. Four parts of RNA were extracted and high-throughput transcriptome sequencing was performed to analyze mRNA transport. | ||||||||
