Title Bacterial strains improved the growth of pear seedlings
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Metagenome
Metagenomic assembly
Organisms Microbiota
Description We assessed the effects of three bacterial species on the growth of pear seedlings under a nitrogen-limited condition, and investigated the changes of native bacterial communities. We hoped the bacterial strains could be used in agriculture and help to reduce the application of chemical fertilizers.
