描述信息 We conducted metatranscriptome sequencing on 588 longitudinal oropharyngeal swabs collected from 192 COVID-19 patients recruited in the LOTUS (Lopinavir Trial for Suppression of SARS-CoV-2 in China) clinical trial (including 39 deceased patients), and 95 healthy controls from the same geographic area.
