Description |
The two-year-old seedlings of Ginkgo biloba were treated with drought (20% PEG6000), salt (200 mmol/L NaCl solution) and heat (40 degrees Celsius), and the untreated group was used as the control group. After 24h of treatment, leaves were taken as samples to construct total RNA and smallRNA libraries for high-throughput sequencing. |
