Genome annotation, gene families identification, evolutionary analysis, whole-genome duplication analysis and differential-expressed gene analysis were performed based on the assembled genome and transcriptome data. Our results provide a valuable genomic resource for the accumulation and regulation of Sal B, and will be useful for studying the evolution of the Labiatae. |
