Description |
The BSA mixed pool sequencing method was used to roughly locate the key genes controlling the traits of tomato yellow leaf color mutant ym. The parents were sequenced at a depth of 10X from the sequencing, and the second generation, 30 plants were selected for sequencing at a depth of 1X. |
