Description |
The aim of this project was to get insights into the community of bacteria in soil after application of biochar. To get homogeneouos sample and reduce individual differences before microbial sequencing, we mixed the triplicate samples from one treatment together. The richness, diversity, and community composition of bacteria in different treatments were investigated. |
