描述信息 Different from the vast majority of individuals who often suffer from the age-related diseases, longevity people (e.g. centenarians) exhibit unique characteristics of delaying or even escaping many serious age-related diseases (e.g. cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, type-2 diabetes and cancer). Due to the ability to keep healthy throughout their entire lives, longevity people are excellent subjects for studying the mechanisms of healthy aging. We obtained and analyzed multi-omics data of samples (centenarians, their offspring and spouses of offspring) from Chinese longevity families.
