| 描述信息 | Zaosheng cattle is an excellent local group bred under the ecological conditions of Longdong Loess Plateau and is an important livestock and poultry genetic resource in Gansu Province.For the decrease of the number, lower quality, lineage chaos, genetic erosion and other issues in recent years,to excavate ,protect and utilizate Zaosheng cattle excellent germplasm resources,this research carried out the Zaosheng cattle germplasm resource investigation and analysis,clarified the Zaosheng cattle breeding process, defined the Zaosheng cattle environmental of distribution area and apparent performance ,and illuminated the Zaosheng cattle gerplasm characteristics and connotation.DNA mixing pool sequencing, PCR-SSCP detection and mRNA fluorescence quantitative analysis technology were used to cleare and definite the functional characteristics and expression levels,screen out the SNPs sites and dominant genotypes of CAPN1 and CD36 genes, which could be used for breeding target traits of Zaosheng cattle. Combined with epigenetic performance evaluation, 867 basic cow core groups were selected | ||||||||
