Description |
Small bowel adenocarcinoma is a type of rare malignant gastrointestinal tumors with a poor prognosis. To reveal molecular characteristics of malignant cells and microenvironment features of small bowel adenocarcinoma, we performed single-cell RNA-seq to analyze 48238 cells from tumor and adjacent normal tissues from 12 patients, which contain 6 duodenal cancer patients, 4 jejunal cancer patients and 2 ileal cancer patients. For 6 of these patients, we also adopted bulk whole exome sequencing to identity somatic mutations which may promote tumor progression and invasion. |
