Passion fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims) is very popular for its unique flavor and its medicinal value. Its unique extracted ingredients have been reported in anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory and other aspects as it contains flavonoids and terpenoids. In this work, we analyzed the transcriptome of different tissues of passion fruit using RNA-Seq, which provided a dataset for functional gene mining. |
