Cellular immunity is critical for central nervous system autoimmune diseases, such as uveitis, but individual cellular dynamics and pathologic mechanisms in evolving autoimmune responses remain poorly understood. By performing single-cell RNA sequencing, our findings provide insight into the molecular basis of EAU. |
