The grafted cucumber-pumpkin was used to study graft union development and genome-wide tempo-spatial gene expression at the graft interface was investigated comprehensively. Graft unions were harvested at 0, 3, 6, and 9 DAG, and the 0 DAG sample is harvested immediately after grafting (less than 2 minutes). Three biological replicates were performed for each time point.The prepared libraries were then sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform (San Diego, CA, USA). |
