Description Here, we report a single-cell resolution comprehensive map of chromatin accessibility together with gene expression for 3 embryonic germ layers (at E7.5) and all representative fetal organs (from E11.5, E12.5 and E13.5) of the mouse embryos. In total, we performed paired scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq to profile more than 500,000 single cells.
