Description SICKLE (SIC) is a proline-rich protein of Arabidopsis. We performed RNAseq to indentfy the downstream genes of SIC. The sic mutant generated by cas9 method and wild type seedlings grown under continuous white light for 5 days were collected for RNA extraction for sequencing.
