描述信息 In this study, we performed WGS, WGBS, RNA sequencing, and small RNA sequencing on tumor tissues as well as matched adjacent non-neoplastic tissues from ESCC patients to discover potential molecular subgroups. We present a comprehensive molecular profiling of ESCC with a focus on identifying novel molecular subgroups and functionally altered signaling pathways that may drive tumorigenesis and serve as prognostic or therapeutic signatures.
