| Description |
To investigate the effects of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) on mouse testis, 90 days old mice (F1 of FVB (male) X C57BL/6J (female) ) were treated with 4.5% dextran sodium sulphate (DSS) in drinking water for 7 days to induce an ulcerative colitis-like inflammation. Then the testis transcriptomes of DSS treated mice and control mice were sequenced on the BGISeq platform. |
