Data types Genome sequencing and assembly
Organisms Camellia
Description Camellia osmantha is a new promising species, which would produce 1590 kg of oil per hectare, doubling the standard oil productivity rate for C. oleifera elite cultivars. The research on the photosynthetic characteristics based on whole chloroplast genome sequence of Camellia osmantha is of great significance for improving the output.
Sample scope Multispecies
