| 描述信息 | Bombus terrestris is one of the most successful commercial pollinators of bumblebees for the horticulture industry. However, the genetic basis of different population and the change of key gene during the domestication still remain largely unknown. Here we report a map of genome variation that encompasses about 4.8 million SNPs and 0.6 million INDELs, generated by deep resequencing of 67 samples from Europe and Asia. We found that Xinjiang (China) B. terrestris have no gene flow with European domestic B. terrestris, which means no evidence indicated B. terrestris invasions have been occurred in Xinjiang. On the basis of a scan for selective sweeps, we identified 343 genes embedded in selected regions for domestic. These genes are mainly related to microtubule severing, sensory perception of smell, chemical stimulus and organonitrogen compound biosynthetic, which were significantly associated with floral preferences of bumblebee. | ||||||||
