Description |
RNA-binding motif protein 10 (RBM10) is a conventional enzyme involved in mRNA alternative splicing and is reported to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Several studies have demonstrated that RBM10 exerts negative effects on tumor proliferation. The current study revealed for the first time the role of RBM10 in the formation of AAA. Higher expression levels of RBM10 were detected in human AAA specimens and a rat model compared to those in normal artery samples. |
