Description N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent internal modification for eukaryotic mRNA, but its function in endothelial atherogenic progress remains unclear. Here, we performed the RNA-seq and MeRIP-seq analysis of the regulation of m6A in atherosclerosis process using endothelial cells treated with ST and oscillatory stress (OS).
