To quantitative assessment soil improvement potential of perennial grass and better understand the underlying microbial mechanism, five years field experiment was conducted in saline-alkali soil with three types of perennial grass cultivation and no-planting control. The bulk soil physicochemical properties were measured from 2015 to 2018, and the bacterial and fungal community structures of rhizosphere soil were investigated based on the high-throughput sequencing method after five years of Miscanthus plantation (2018). |
