Single cell sequencing was used to profile the alta of hermaphrodite orange spotted grouper during sex differentiation. In teleost, sex differentiation is a complicated process which have not study clearly yet. So, we trid to explore the question using scRNA seq. We want to figure out the cell types and the characteristic of every cell type in the gonad. |
