The mechanism of fully differentiated individual cells acquired totipotency is still unkown. We performed single-nucleus RNA-seq (sNuc-seq), single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq), ATAC-seq and Bulk RNA-seq to explore multi-omics expression profile during leaf protopalst regeneration. |
