描述信息 C. elegans is a good model organism for studying acquired inheritance. Previous research reported that RNAi-elicited gene silencing is heritable and can persist for multiple generations after its initial induction in C. elegans. This project plans to identify 1-2 proteins involved in RNAi inheritance through genetic screening and further understand the mechanisms of RNAi inheritance.
