We generated a unique tshβ-/- zebrafish mutants that via TALEN technology and overexpression lines of Tg(hsp70l: tshβ;CG) through Tol2-based Multisite Gateway system to investigate circadian oscillations and feedback effects on circadian clocks. In this study, ELISA, qRT-PCR, transient bioluminescence expression and transcriptome analysis were employed. |
