Pediatric carcinoma severely threatens children's health with high morbidity and fatality in clinical practice. At present, pathogenesis of various tumors, including neuroblastoma and hepatoblastoma, has been remained unclear. Through single-cell transcriptome sequencing, researchers could draw single-cell atlas of pediatric tumors, identify key regulation molecular and signal pathways responsible for tumor genesis and progression, and therefore speculate potential tumor cellular origin and pathogenesis. Based on these fundamental researches, the study would promote targeted therapy, and ultimately improve clinical prognosis. |
