Description |
Besides monocytes-differentiated MΦs to sites of inflammation, bone marrow-derived inflammatory and tissue-resident MΦs either play a pivotal role in the inflammatory process. That is, intimate crosstalk between BMSCs and MΦs occurs inevitably in the bone microenvironment. However, little is known whether the materials-manipulated BMSCs behavior can impact the immune response of MΦs and the underlying mechanism is unraveled heretofore. Accordingly, MΦs were incubated in CM-BMSC to investigate its impact on osteoimmomudulation through RNA-Seq. |
