Description | Endometriosis is a common inflammatory disease confusing approximately 10% of childbearing age women around the world. It has been confirmed that the microbiota in the female reproductive duct could influence its surrounding microenvironment in gynecologic disease and during pregnancy. For the study of the relationship between reproductive duct flora and host gene in patients with ovarian endometrioma, 21 patients diagnosed under laparoscopic operation and 23 healthy women in West China Second University hospital were eligible and processed vaginal swabs. Nucleic acid was extracted from the samples of the vaginal swab, endometrium, and endometrioma. Then 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing and transcriptome sequencing were analyzed. | ||||||||
