Description |
G-quadruplexes are the non-canonical secondary structures that are usually formed in G-rich sequences. Herein, we performed DMS-seq followed by Bioinformatics methods to detect the RNA G-quadruplexes in the YanHuang cell line on the whole transcriptome scale. |
