Description Paternal and maternal genomes contribute differently during early embryogenesis. However, our knowledge about the differences is very limited in human. In this study, we profile maternal and paternal transcriptomes and epigenomes by using human parthenogenetic (PG) and androgenetic (AG) embryos.
