In this plane, the complete gene sequences of mating gene MAT1-1-1,Mat1-2-1 and pheromone receptor A,alpha in five species of Morchella genus will be obtained by DNA Walking based on the conserved segments from the genomes of Moechella importuna. The homokaryon and heterokaryon can be distinguished by amplified the four gene segments as the molecular biomark in the single spore isolates of other three species. |
