Description |
Even when in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is diagnosed and treated at early stages, most patients experience tumor recurrence. At advanced stages, the benefits of current treatments such as immunotherapy are limited to a subset of patients. Revealing longitudinal immunogenomic trajectories and evolutionary tumor dynamics under immune-surveillance during HCC recurrence could lead to improved treatment personalization. Here, we investigated immunogenomic profiles of paired primary and recurrent HCC and immune-evasion dynamics during HCC evolution. |
