描述信息 This population-based case-control study of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in Guangdong Province and Guangxi Autonomous Region, China was conducted between 2010-2014 (Oncotarget, 2017). The association of human SNPs and EBV variants with NPC risk has been originally reported in Nature Genetics (2010) and Nature Genetics (2019), respectively. These risk-associated human SNPs and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) subtypes have been genotyped for the population-based NPC case-control study and are released under this BioProject.
