With the aim to detect clonal architectures and to elucidate clonal evolution patterns of pediatric T cell lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) , we performed single cell transcriptomic sequening as well as ATAC-seq on bone marrow leukemic cells from 5 diagnostic-relapsed pairs of pediatric T-ALL, in comparison to bone marrows from 2 healthy donors . Bioinformatics analysis revealed diversified clonal evolution patterns across different subtypes, which for the first time demonstrated unique genetic/epigenetic patterns underlying clonal expansion/evolution in pediatric T-ALL at single cell levels. |
