We performed the transcriptome from two ash tree Fraxinus chinensis var. rhynchophylla (resistant to emerald ash borer) and Fraxinus pennsylvanica (susceptible to emerald ash borer) to gain insights into the regulatory networks associated with EAB-resistance and to identify the key regulatory genes. |
