Description |
To explore the potential of New Coronavirus to recombine and mutate in the process of infection and transmission of human and potential susceptible animal, we sequenced high-throughput sequencing of New Coronavirus positive samples and obtained complete genome sequence. Then studied the changes of virus in time and space, evolution and variation, and the adaptation to host according to the single nucleotide mutation of virus genome, In order to further study the specific variation trend of virus. |
