Title Single cell RNA sequencing of mouse lung cancer-associated fibroblasts with chemotherapy

Description We aimed to compare the alterations of fibroblast subtypes after chemoterapy in lung cancer. For this purpose, we transplanted lung cancer cell line LLC to EGFP-C57BL/6 mice and treated the mice with doxorubicin. After treatment, EGFP+CD45- stromal cells in the tumor were sorted and mixed from 3 treated or control mice for single cell RNA sequecing. The sequencing data was analysed and fibroblast subtypes were identified and compared.
