Description |
We aimed to compare the alterations of fibroblast subtypes after chemoterapy in lung cancer. For this purpose, we transplanted lung cancer cell line LLC to EGFP-C57BL/6 mice and treated the mice with doxorubicin. After treatment, EGFP+CD45- stromal cells in the tumor were sorted and mixed from 3 treated or control mice for single cell RNA sequecing. The sequencing data was analysed and fibroblast subtypes were identified and compared. |
