Description |
This project identified 91,291 NLR genes in 305 publicly available angiosperm genomes, including four basal angiosperms, 65 monocots, 230 dicots, five magnoliids, and one Ceratophyllales. These species were distributed across the major angiosperm clades, representing 85 families in 37 of the 64 angiosperm orders. |
