Description |
Cadmium (Cd) pollution in farmland is a serious problem facing agricultural development and ecological sustainability, which is related to human health. Phytoremediation is a kind of environmental protection, economic and effective way. Soil microbial community composition and network interaction are the key factors affecting Cd enrichment in plant rhizosphere. However, the dominant factors and potential mechanisms of microbial changes and different symbiotic patterns affecting Cd enrichment in plants are still unclear. In this study, soil microbiome recombination was simulated by dilution method to investigate the relationship between microbial changes and Cd enrichment in ryegrass. |
