Description |
we collected 110 samples from 21 cities in China and utilized high-throughput 16S rRNA sequencing technology to discover (1) the significant contributing factors affecting large-scale AS microbial community and (2) characteristics of AS microbial community among north and south China, coastal and inland WWTPs, and different economics levels and (3) uncovering the key environmental factors affecting the AS microbial community in different regions. |
