Description Cardiac pressure overload is a crucial risk factor for cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure. However, the effects of the β3-adrenergic receptor (ADRB3) on pressure overload-induced heart failure remain unclear. RNA sequencing was performed to detect dysregulated mRNAs, identify potentially underlying mechanisms and discover hub genes associated with ADRB3-KO-induced cardiac effects.
