Description |
In order to understand the molecular mechanism in response to the sequentially waterlogging stress, the normal growth, waterlogging (WT), and waterlogging recovery (WRT) of P. ostii roots were sequenced using hybrid approach combining single-molecule real-time and next-generation sequencing platform. Our results will enhance our understanding of defense mechanisms against waterlogging stress in P. ostii. |
