Description |
The key scientific problem to be solved in this project is: early pig embryos have multiple naive pluripotent states. The specific mechanism for the establishment and maintenance of the naive pluripotency in these cells. Whether the regulation mechanism of pluripotency is suitable for the establishment and maintenance of the naive pluripotent state in vitro. Main research content including the completion of single-cell transcriptome sequencing analysis of porcine early embryos, blastocyst inner cell mass; proposed the establishment and maintenance of candidate core transcription factors for pig naive pluripotency; proposed the establishment of pig naive pluripotency. |
